This is me at my 40th birthday party. Perhaps this picture is a little too racy for my blog, but I like it. It shows me looking well and that's what this blog is all about. I gotta tell you that I look a lot different than I did 6 years ago when I had a needle in my arm with chemo coursing through my body. But more on that another time because I am writing now to focus on the positive and talking about what happened 6 years ago has lots of positives, but it also has some negatives, so I will deal with that topic at a later date!So now you know what I look like. You can keep me in mind as I speak to you about wellness. Now go grab a cup of green tea and settle in for this long, we-gained-an-hour Sunday. It's good to be alive!
